Our Pastor

Rev. Brian and Pam Farmer

Rev. Brian and Pam Farmer came to People's Full Gospel Church in 1986 as student pastors. Following graduation from Shiloh Bible College in Fenelon Falls, they were hired by the Lindsay Church full-time in July 1987. Having raised three sons here, their family has now grown to include two daughters-in-law and three grandchildren.

Not only has his children grown up, but Brian has matured in the Lord, growing from a new Christian when he began Bible College, to a very gentle, wise and understanding pastor. Brian is the longest serving pastor in a Lindsay church, and has a wealth of knowledge within the Lindsay Christian Ministerial. For a span of twenty years, he was an on-call chaplain at Ross Memorial Hospital, and continues with pastoral care at Caressant Care Nursing Home.

Brian's wife Pam is third generation 'preacher's kid'. Her father, Rev. Winston Cross of Shiloh Christian Centre in Fenelon Falls Ontario, is a past Director of the Southern Ontario District of the Apostolic Church of Pentecost (ACOP).

Being led by God, Brian felt a calling to attend university in 2011 and consequently has graduated from Tyndale with a Master of Divinity (M.Div.). He is a qualified psychotherapist working within the City of Kawartha Lakes, while pastoring People's Full Gospel Church in Lindsay.

Brian and Pam have a heart to see people grow as Christians and lead a life that is pleasing to God.
